Inspiration: Hawaii

AidaMollenkampHawaiiDesign

I’m back on mainland and, just as quickly as my tan lines are fading, so are my memories of my recent trip to Hawaii. My experience house sitting an exquisitely eclectic house has me lusting after any and every design and decor items remotely Hawaiian in look and feel. So, in an attempt to bring home a slice of the laid back, breezy style of Hawaii, I’ve pulled together this collection of tropically spirited kitchen and tabletop items.

1. Vintage Japanese Fishing Floats

2. Chilewich Coral Placemats

3. Libby Bamboo Glass

4. Sig Zane Hilo Postcard

5. White Kai Noodle Bowl

6. Alaea Sea Salt

7. Vintage Teal Seltzer Bottle

8. Indigenous Love Child Soap

9. Kamani Wood Bowl

10. Thomas Paul Melamine Octopus Tray

Inspiration is a reoccurring series where I share visual tabletop and kitchen design elements that are currently piquing my interest.

Fine Print: The melamine tray that I link to here is an item I discovered as part of my curation activities with OpenSky. While this is not a sponsored post, I do get compensated if you buy through my OpenSky store.
