Reluctantly Healthy: Roasted Chickpea Snackers

August 23, 2012by Aida Mollenkamp — Share

Check out my guest spot with the fabulous Judy Greer on her Yahoo! show, Reluctantly Healthy. On this episode, we cook up some super simple chickpea snackers that are a healthier alternative to chips. For the recipe, check out this post on roasted chickpea snackers.

These are delicious! Can’t overstate the importance of making sure the canned garbanzos are thoroughly dry…I was hasty, mine still a bit moist, so had to extend roasting time. Worth the wait! Thank you for these and the other simple, healthy, tasty recipe ideas I am finding via the “Reluctantly Healthy” videos with Judy Greer.
